The goals fest started on Friday evening when the EDS team beat Burnley 8-1, with the Academy game setting up perfectly what was to come on Saturday. It was a proud day for the Academy on Saturday as numerous graduates were involved for the First team as they thrashed Exeter City 10-1 in the FA Cup. A Game which also saw brand new signing Antoine Semenyo grace the scoresheet on his debut. We wrapped up the weekend by maintaining our place at the top of the WSL table, thanks to a 2-0 home win over Everton.
